Managing your bookings >> What happens when a guest do not show-up ?

If you have completed all the configuration steps of the application, once you have a new reservation and the deadline for check-in has passed, you will get an alert on top left corner of your screen with the name of the booker and room number.

Click on the name to open the reservation detail window... the system will ask you if you want to report the booking as NO-SHOW. If you click YES, e-P Manager will then cancel the remaining nights so they can be bookable again. But to be sure you do not have to spend unwanted fees or commission from your booking agency, it will check and let you know if you should report it as well as no-show directly to the booking partner.
